Open data-quality notes — read before drawing conclusions
- 2023 leakage sheet has lake and well PRODUCTION figures transposed for all twelve months in the audit table. Monthly totals are unaffected; the lake/wells split for 2023 uses the production record, not the audit sheet.
- July 2014 and August 2019 production disagree between the audit record and the production record by 305,000 and 371,000 gallons respectively. Unexplained.
- May 2016 Purdue Lake production is unresolved between two source records (2,371,230 vs 1,408,400 gal) — the smaller, year-tab figure is used here.
- 2008-2016 daily lake production has two overlapping source records for the same days; only the preferred one is used here to avoid double-counting.
- 2025 production, plant flow, peak-day, raw turbidity, raw water temperature, and precipitation are reconstructed from daily operator "Digital Rounds Sheets" (Google Sheets), not the SQLite warehouse — a different source with its own daily meter readings, cross-checked against each sheet's own "Total Well Production" total before use. 2026 covers through the most recently completed month.
- Well production for June 2026 is missing — that month's system-wide round sheet was never filled in. Purdue Lake WTP production for June 2026 is still included.
- Two single-day meter resets/replacements were dropped rather than summed as negative production: Well 13 on 2026-04-30 and Well 8 on 2026-07-20.
- Well 13 (S13) showed 5,495,300 gal for March 2026 in the source round sheet - a one-day data-entry error on March 23, where the constant meter-reading value (the well was off/idle all month, meter never moved) was typed into that day's Production cell instead of 0. Corrected to 0 gal here since every other day that month confirms the well was idle.
