Governance
Board meeting minutes are posted after approved by the Board of Directors. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of this approval, pursuant to our bylaws, meeting minutes have a 30-day delay for posting at a minimum (August minutes are approved in September’s board meeting). This is due to the requirement of the Board having to review and approve meeting minutes at the following month’s meeting.
Note: In cases where a Board meeting was delayed by seasonal holiday or illness/other reasons to the following month, a 60-day minimum delay will naturally occur from this bylaw requirement.
