By checking this box and clicking submit, I verify this request to Eastsound Water Users Association is for the purpose of obtaining a membership in accordance with EWUA’s Bylaws and Conditions of Service. I understand that this application is not a binding agreement of purchase, but a request for review by EWUA’s Board of Directors. I understand that I will be contacted after the Board has reviewed my request and that the price of membership offered is valid for 60 days after Board approval. If I do not provide payment (or initial payment with a signed installment agreement) and a signed updated membership agreement within this time, I understand that any offer by the Board will be expired.
