Eastsound Water Users Association is a private, non-profit association owned by its members. EWUA has agreements with San Juan County and the Washington State Department of Health to be the primary water purveyor in our Eastsound service area.

EWUA’s membership policies have been developed and adopted by the Association’s Board of Directors. These policies are set forth in the documents to be found via the links on the right-hand side of this page. These policies cover a broad range of topics that includes rates; membership obligations, policies and services; construction standards; and other important information. Whether you are a current member or a prospective member, you’ll find relevant information attached to these links.

EWUA’s Board reserves the right to amend the Association’s policies in accordance with the Bylaws, and EWUA can not ensure that the website documents reflect the most current policy changes. Reasonable attempts are made to keep the website updated.
